Ever Been In One Of Those Situations...

Where you really want to go off on someone, but you know it's no use because they'll never be able to understand?

Why, what'd I do now? B) I tend to hold back way to well. Sure, sometimes it'd be good to lash out and make myself feel better but I tend to internalize things. If it really digs at me after some time, then I'll allude to it somehow.

LoL. Thank you Vavoom, I needed that!

That's what I usually do, Martin. But last night it was just getting to be too much... I'm better now, though. Mom let me rant to her for about an hour.

I swear, that woman is the best therapist I know!

good that you were able to vent to someone. Internalizing everything can be dangerous for everyone.

Happens to me on a daily basis. I think that's why some teachers are so sour - there's nothing they can say to some of their kids. They get frustrated over the years and give up, turning into the ones you hated in high school.

No goofball, it wasn't you, lol. But you guys saw that, right? I visited her last! It's her turn now! :p

Nah, it's the hurricane stuff (I was watching CNN). The way the politicians and media are behaving... It's just killing me.

Fred, I was too busy trying to win my teachers' approval to hate 'em! And those cranky old ones, were always my favorites :o)

LMAO! Well I haven't heard Prozac, but I know what you mean...

Or, in case I don't, care to explain? :D

The image in your mind of going off on them is probably way better anyway.

I love a battle of wits, but I won't fight someone who is unarmed.

No, RT, I did not just call you stupid. I didn't finish the comment the way I meant to. Basically, I meant it in the sense that that quote is a favorite of mine to remind me that when I'm in a situation where someone won't understand, to not even try.

Sorry about the confusion :(
