I Am On Such a Pink Floyd Kick Right Now...

It's almost embarrassing.

Once again, Thank You Jenn! If it weren't for you leaving that link up, I would have never found the site with all the videos, and found out that there actually was a site with Pink Floyd videos... Which lead me to think, maybe there are more sites with Pink Floyd videos... And there are! In the strangest place, at that... The Pink Floyd website, lol.

Funny how our brains work, isn't it? :o)

I'm thinking about adding videos someday but the choices available aren't obscure enough for me yet. B)

I really like Pink Floyd. In the 80's I had tickets to see them in concert, but I got grounded and was not able to go. I still hold a grudge against my parents...

Teri! How funny. I was just telling a friend about how I had the chance to go see the Division Bell Tour (for free, mind you) when it was in CA, but I didn't go because I was afraid I would get fired if I missed the two days of work...

How stupid was I??? The job wasn't even that great! 1994... I still have the T-shirt that my friend brought back for me.

Happy Birthday to me!

Other than the mp3 player I just bought, I also ordered The Wall: Live in Berlin (which I have on vhs, but want on dvd) and David Gilmour's concert. "Delivery date, Aug 10th." Whoo Hoo! I can only hope :o)

I grew up on Pink Floyd. What makes me really happy is that my kids are fans, too. Nothing like one generation passing along customs to the next!

LoL Chrissie, it isn't for a few more days, so I haven't caught up with you just yet :o) And Hey! It's good to see you back online, girl. What did you do, take another vacation? Lots of hugs and kisses to you and boys, too. How's the shoulder?

Fred, if it hadn't been for my parents listening to music all the time, I may have never gotten into it myself.

I remember the first time I heard The Wall. It was playing on the radio during a fireworks display and I must have been, (what?) 7 or 8 years old? Man! I was hooked :o)

I remember shrooming balls, listening to Pink Floyd, some special edition CD that has a red blinking light on the side and a book of the light shows and no one knows the name of it and I couldn't stop staring at the cover of the CD listening to it. Then my ex took it away from me after a couple of hours of staring at the cover and studying it and looking at the book of the light shows because he said it was annoying him. Fucker.

LMAO! Stop it. That shit will rot your brain... Or make you type faster, one or the other. :o)

On your music video there was a link. I think you may have tried to hide it (and I can see now that you're really hiding it, lol) but when I clicked on the line below... blah blah blah... I'm drunk, you know what I'm saying :p

Anyway! I was able to follow the link and work out the code so I could add it here... And it is so cool! You know, I think it looks even better on our blogs, because the resolution is better.

Have I mentioned how much I love Pink Floyd???
